3. Scheduling & Access

Clients agree to provide reasonable access to the property for work to be completed. Scheduling will be coordinated in advance, and SJ Interior Remodeling LLC will make every effort to stay on schedule. Delays due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen issues may affect timelines.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Any changes to the original scope of work must be communicated in writing and may result in additional charges. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or special-order materials.

5. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Most services come with a limited warranty, which covers defects in labor for a set period. This does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, SJ Interior Remodeling LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues that arise from unforeseen structural or material conditions.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for securing valuable or fragile items and informing our team of any safety concerns on the property. Pets and children should be kept away from work areas.

8. Use of Website

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided. Any disputes will be resolved through local mediation or arbitration, if applicable.
